Community Relations Analyst
Our client, a leader in community relations and employee engagement, is seeking a Community Relations Analyst to join their team. As a Community Relations Analyst, you will be part of the Community Relations & Employee Engagement team supporting various ticketing events. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Community Relations Analyst **Location:** Houston, TX **What's the Job?** + Distribute and track usage of tickets for events such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and Houston Astros. + Assist in the distribution and tracking of tickets for region-specific events including the Colorado Rockies and Midland Rockhounds. + Develop and implement effective strategies for ticket distribution to maximize employee engagement and attendance. + Utilize data analysis tools to assess the effectiveness of ticketing initiatives and generate insightful reports. + Collaborate with team members and employees to ensure seamless distribution and timely communication. **What's Needed?** + Proven experience in ticketing, event management, or a related industry preferred. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Effective communication and collaboration skills. + Knowledge of ticketing platforms and systems is a plus. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on employee engagement. + Gain valuable experience in ticket distribution and data analysis. + Flexible work hours based on ticketing events throughout the year. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Contribute to community relations initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
