Responsibilities: + Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. + Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly marketing goals. + Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents and their families. + Present the community in a professional and engaging manner. + Build relationships with prospects and their families to understand their needs and wants. + Participate in community outreach events to generate new leads. + Maintain accurate records and reports of all sales activities. + Ensure show-readiness of the community daily. Requirements: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + A hard-working, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. + Availability to work occasional evening and weekend events. + Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. + Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to interact appropriately with the age-related needs of individuals/residents served.
