In this role, you will deliver community-based mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, and adults. You’ll work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans. By connecting clients to local resources and supporting their journey to recovery, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide personalized, community-based mental health services to individuals, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.
· Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement treatment plans that emphasize empowerment and resilience.
· Utilize evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT, and DBT techniques.
· Deliver behavioral interventions, including operant conditioning and cognitive processing, to promote positive change.
· Coordinate care with service providers, including physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations.
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
· Participate in staff development activities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
· Facilitate Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) group sessions as needed to support client goals.
· Engage with community stakeholders to foster collaborative support for clients.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
There are several ways in which you may qualify for this position, including education, certification, or experience:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or other related human services fields.
· A Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with two years of related work experience.
· Any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience.
· An Associate’s of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree.
· Four years of qualifying work experience providing services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders.

Additional Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years old to operate company-owned vehicles and 23 years old to operate 15-passenger vans.
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
· Reliable transportation for client transportation needs.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
· Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writing.
· Mostly sedentary work with occasional walking or standing as needed.
