The Mary T Family of Companies is seeking a part-time Community Support Specialist to work in Aitkin, Brainerd, Crosby or nearby areas. 

The Community Support Specialist works one-on-one with individuals with disabilities providing support and coordination for activities of daily living such as: community participation, hobbies and recreational activities, banking and budgeting support, vocational training and searches, health safety and wellness, household management, and adaptive living skills. The CSP helps their clients maintain independence and participate in the community to the fullest extent possible (this is NOT a residential group home position).

This position, funded through the HCBS Provider Capacity Grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services through June 2026, offers a unique opportunity to transform lives in the community.

What we have to offer:

$17.00 - $20.00 Per Hour (depending on experience) Mileage Reimbursement Employee Referral Bonuses of $1000  Daily Pay Option Paid Sick Time Off 401k with Employer Match Paid Training (no experience needed)

Schedule: Daytime, afternoon and/or evening hours during weekdays. Weekends available as well. 

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation and current auto insurance The ability to pass a background check through the MN Dept. of Human Services Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills Must be comfortable and confident working independently without direct supervision
