Responsibilities:
• You will analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges
• You will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of employee compensation
• You will work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the Global Compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs.
• You will support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform.
• You will partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
• You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)
