What will you do?

Responsible for providing medical services to all employees.

Help improve overall working condition and environment, by assisting in periodic assessment of workplace hazards, preventing occupational health risks and work-related diseases.

Protect and promote employee health by providing advice, information, and guidance in the matters of health.

Support company program on Occupational Health Safety and Wellness.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Report for duty for 2 hours per day, 4 days a week, for a total of 32 hours per month.

Provide dental consultation all employees seeking dental advice, demonstrating acceptable customer orientation.

Clinically evaluate and treat oral diseases or injuries.

Render dental services such as oral prophylaxis, dental filling, and tooth extraction (excluding wisdom teeth).

Refer employees to qualified dental specialists in the community when appropriate. Properly refer to any medical/emergency case to a higher healthcare facility.

Assess an employee’s ability to return to work following a dental condition and provide assessment.

Provide regular reports on the disease incidence and prevalence and health status of the employees.

Participate in implementing appropriate healthcare programs for the employees. Prepare and present summaries of aggregate health data at appropriate Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) committee meetings.

Conduct and present health updates, awareness, counselling, and education on how to detect, manage, and prevent oral diseases and conditions.

Stay up to date on the latest dental technologies and treatment.

Ensure and maintain confidentiality and accurate records of dental exams, treatments, and employee health information.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to dental care and workplace health

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world. You will also need the following:=

Graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine

Holder of valid Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) Dentistry License

At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Occupational Safety and Health

Knowledgeable on government regulation and requirements related to Occupational Safety and Health is a plus.

Certified on Basic Course on Occupational Medicine (BCOM) and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health Course (BOSH), Basic Life Support

Area of Practice must be within Pasig City

Must have his/her own clinic with complete facilities.

Must have a Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) official receipt

Preferably PhilCare accredited
