Job Description:

Inspects the whole vehicle prior to departure to ensure that it is in proper running condition. He advises maintenance immediately for any deficiencies he sees. He fills up the vehicle inspection checklist properly prior to departure. He coordinates with the head personnel on the target destinations. Maintain driver logs as applicable and required. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of assigned vehicle Follow delivery/pickup instructions from assigned head. Assist in checking that all necessary documentations are properly accomplished and signed. Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by the assigned personnel Do driving works even after office hours and during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as officially required. Ensures passengers, package and van safety at all times. Performs minor maintenance tasks on the vehicle when necessary and recommends vehicle parts replacements and/or repair.
