Assist the Recruitment team in organizing and facilitating new-hire onboarding and orientation related to pre-employment medical exams. Act as custodian of the first aid kit supplies and in charge person for HMO-related matters. Acts as the person in charge in the planning, execution, monitoring and filing of annual physical exams of all employees.
Assigned to prepare materials for compliance with safety and health regulations of the Department of Labor and Employment.
Update the HR and Admin teams regarding DOH, IATF, and PEZA guidelines.
Monitor, screen and conduct contact tracing when a staff member tests positive for COVID, and monitor affected employees including the stay at quarantine facilities (if necessary). Assist the HR Head and Employee Relations Officer in the planning, conduct, and evaluation of employee activities’ safety requirements. Assist the HR team in managing the attendance records of staff members. In charge person in assessing sick leave requests & monitoring documentation of sick leave forms. Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.
