PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
• Promptly attends to employees’ medical and health needs according to accepted medical standards.
• Provides nursing care to injured or ill employees and refers them to a hospital for further treatment as deemed necessary.
• Provides health advice and nursing care to employees and refers major health issues to the Company Physician
• Responsible for providing nursing care to sick or injured employees, handles medical related inquiries and educating employees on the prevention of sickness/ diseases.
• Processes SSS sickness notification and reimbursement
• Issue Philhealth certification to employees
• Communicates all pre-employment medical exam results to the Company Physician and other concerned HR Recruiter for proper guidance.
• Processes & monitors billing statements from accredited pre-employment clinics
• Coordinates with the project sites regarding health-related issues and concerns
• Accompany the Company Physician during the quarterly site visit
• Consolidate monthly reports from the project sites
• Prepares weekly report for the vaccination and health surveillance program
QUALIFICATIONS:
• With an updated PRC License
• With experience as an occupational health nurse and exposure in a corporate setting
• Work experience in HR function particularly in processing SSS & ECC benefits
• Can do multiple tasks with minimum supervision within set deadlines
• Possesses a strong sense of urgency and responsibility
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
