Must be a Namibian Citizen;

Must have Grade 12;
A relevant tertiary qualification in either commerce or legal will be an advantage;

Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
Must be able to work independently within a team environment;
Competent in the use of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel; and
Basic typing and administration skills.
Duties
Daily liaison with the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA);
Forming and registration of Close Corporations and Companies;
Appointment and resignation of Directors/Members and Auditors/Accounting officers;
Allotment and transfer of shares;
Preparation of special resolutions;
Preparation of minutes, resolutions and notices;
Updating of statutory records;
Filing and follow up on outstanding documents;
Liaising with clients
