**Description and Requirements**
Join our team as a Company Secretary Intern and gain hands-on experience in company secretarial work. You will support our company secretarial team in various tasks, providing a valuable opportunity to learn about corporate governance and administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with the preparation and filing of company documents, including board minutes and resolutions.
+ Support in maintaining and updating company records and registers.
+ Help organize and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
+ Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and requirements.
+ Provide administrative support for company secretarial functions, such as scheduling and correspondence.
+ Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required by the team.
**Requirements:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional environment.
