Compensation Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate job evaluation and compensation analysis across all positions in the Company from direct labor up to executive positions Review, develop, and recommend compensation and benefits structures in consideration of the job's value, employee's competencies, and the Company's financial standing Benchmark compensation packages with other companies to maintain competitiveness of the Company's remuneration packages
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four year course related to compensation analysis or human resources With at least 3 years of solid experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, job description writing, salary design, salary survey/reviews, and other related HR roles Must be knowledgeable in creating job descriptions, doing job leveling, and salary scales Must be resourceful and knowledgeable on the different sources of information needed to accomplish the job Must be quick to comprehend instructions, detail-oriented, and results-driven Experience from the real estate and construction industry is an advantage
