Summary:
The role of the Compensation Analyst is to provide quality compensation related services to managers and staff with the consistent goal of superior customer service. The incumbent will rely on existing systems and support mechanisms with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration of compensation programs such as across the board increases for nonunion employees and contract implementation for union employees
- Support Labor Relations Team with costing of union contract proposals, salary administration and creation of salary scale worksheets as needed.
- Assist with compensation analysis utilizing existing tools; (i.e.. Salary surveys, compensation databases, job documentation) to ensure market competitiveness of jobs and internal equity. Support HR teams with data analysis needs such as job and equity analysis
- Coordinate and administer the contractual allowances negotiated for each union..
- Conduct salary audits as requested.
- Perform job evaluations for appropriate leveling
- Assist the Compensation team with special projects, reports and spreadsheet work as required.
- Complete compensation surveys, including annual healthcare surveys and applicable ad hoc surveys.
- - Administer Sign-On, Referral Bonus, and Miscellaneous bonus programs. Collaborate with the Employment team to ensure bonuses are paid out properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in health care and/or human resources Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.. World at Work CCP certification highly desirable.
Work Experience:
1-3 years prior compensation experience is required with a high level of customer interaction in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
