Topcon Healthcare is looking to add a Compensation Analyst to its growing HR team. The Compensation Analyst will research, implement and oversee the company's pay structure for all entities in the US, Canada, Australia, and Finland. The role is responsible for ensuring compensation practices are fair, competitive, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

This position is onsite in Oakland, NJ.

Job Duties 

Perform activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs  

Audit job content and assist global HR Business Partners in job evaluation and market pricing 

Support participation in compensation survey to analyze company’s competitive position.  

Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to establish guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems.  

Recommend company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions.   

Support analysis and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation 

Manage compensation data in HRI

Ensure company compliance with regulations governing compensation practices. 

Administer Employee Recognition Program 

Job Requirements: 

5+ years’ experience supporting and administering Compensation programs in the US. Global experience preferred 

Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Similar) 

Strong data Analytics skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data using spreadsheets or data analytics platform to provide actionable program recommendations 

Ability to communicate with internal and external customers regarding sensitive topics  

Strong communications skills 

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time 

Must be comfortable using Excel advance formulas 

Experience using Radford/Aon a plus

 

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed.  Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.   

Bonus eligible:

 In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for a 5% annual bonus.
