Employee assists the Director of Total Rewards in planning, developing, and implementing a formal wage and salary program by evaluating jobs, conducting salary surveys, and processing annual salary increases. Emphasis on cost calculations for various salary programs under the direct supervision of the Director of Total Rewards.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates special projects as related to compensation administration. Compiles and analyzes market data of all benchmark jobs by conducting periodic salary surveys and frequent spot surveys. Recommends changes when necessary. Calculates cost of proposed salary increases based on FTE budget. Evaluates new and revised positions to recommend appropriate pay range of jobs by using the formal salary administration policies and evaluation criteria. Monitors internal equity pay issues to maintain fair pay practices by analyzing incumbent job levels and salaries.. Develops and recommends salary range information for the development/change of salary ranges by performing cost analysis and summarizing data. Coordinates the performance appraisals and salary increase plans. Uses discretion and judgment in managing salary and wage ranges and in approving salaries for new hires as well as employees that are promoted or demoted in accordance with policy of WTH management guidebook. Coordinates and works with department directors to gather information needed to evaluate positions for the SRC process. Responsible for presenting information related to positions at SRC to the SRC group. Performs related responsibilities as required or directed.

Knowledge in the Accounting profession as normally acquired through three or more years of experience in Accounting.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
