Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compensation Analyst will conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
* Develop and maintain salary structures, job classifications, and compensation policies
* Perform market pricing and benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation programs
* Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement incentive and bonus programs
* Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
* As a Compensation Analyst, you will participate in annual salary review processes, including merit increases and promotions
* Prepare and present compensation reports and dashboards to stakeholders
* Assist in the development and administration of job evaluation and grading systems
* Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters
