Compensation Analyst
Job Description A large airline client is looking for a Compensation Analyst to sit hybrid in White Plains, NY. This person will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Compensation and Analytics. The team is looking for someone who is extremely diligent and proficient in Excel. This person will need to respond to messages and emails in a timely manner. On the day to day, this person will be performing compensation analysis for job evaluations, completing requests on analysis, and going through year end performance reviews.
