You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights and analytical support to shape compensation decisions. Dive into the intricacies of compensation data, partnering with our benefits expert to analyze trends, evaluate pay structures, and support decision-making that promotes equity, compliance, and a diverse and inclusive workspace.

Who You Are – The Essentials
52or more years of total rewards or compensation experience Knowledge of US federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs Broad, practical knowledge of compensation and HRIS techniques and methods Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g. Radford, Mercer, Payscale, or similar) Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and generate insights to drive compensation decisions Highly organized, able to multitask with the ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to changeWho You Are - The Desirables (It’s a plus if you have):
