What You'll Be Doing - The Day to Day 

As a key contributor to our compensation programs, you will focus on data analysis, benchmarking, and operational execution to ensure our company remains competitive in the global talent market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights and analytical support to shape compensation decisions. Dive into the intricacies of compensation data, partnering with our benefits expert to analyze trends, evaluate pay structures, and support decision-making that promotes equity, compliance, and a diverse and inclusive workspace. 

In this detail-oriented and analytical role, you will contribute to a culture of excellence through robust data modeling, reporting, and compensation analysis.

Analyze and maintain base salary, variable pay, and equity programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our global markets. Support the merit review and annual incentive cycles, by preparing and validating data, conducting audits, and ensuring alignment with compensation strategy. Conduct and interpret compensation surveys, leveraging external market data to assist in pay recommendations and strategy refinement. Perform marketing pricing and job evaluation activities, ensuring internal roles are appropriately benchmarked against external data. Ensure HRIS compensation data is accurate and up-to-date, performing audits and analysis to maintain data integrity  Assist in compliance audits and reporting, ensuring compensation practices align with legal and regulatory standards  Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas where automation, reporting, or efficiency gains can enhance compensation administration  Support sales compensation plan administration, including reviewing eligibility and assisting in plan design analysis 

Who You Are – The Essentials

52or more years of total rewards or compensation experience Knowledge of US federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs Broad, practical knowledge of compensation and HRIS techniques and methods Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g. Radford, Mercer, Payscale, or similar) Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and generate insights to drive compensation decisions  Highly organized, able to multitask with the ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to change
