If you’re ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!   Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing, and maintaining compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. This position will partner directly with C-level executives, HR leadership, and legal counsel on compensation strategy, investigations, and compliance matters. Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now, is essential.   Responsibilities: + Research and analyze compensation trends and best practices to enhance the organization’s compensation strategy. + Oversee job evaluations, salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. + Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. + Manage the annual merit process, including data analysis, communication, and reporting. + Design and implement annual and quarterly bonus programs, including developing eligibility criteria, performance measures, and payout structures. + Audit and recommend changes to salary structures and position classifications. + Implement and maintain pay grades and job banding frameworks. + Maintain all organizational charts and ensure job descriptions and offer letters are up-to-date and compliant. + Guide on compensation-related issues, including FLSA classification and market pricing. + Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation within ADP, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. + Conduct investigations related to compensation matters and partner with legal counsel as needed. + Prepare investigative reports, executive summaries, and corrective action plans. + Conduct employee exit interviews and summarize data for senior leadership. + Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and hiring strategies. + Stay updated on emerging compensation trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. + Promote HR programs to create an efficient and compliant workplace.   Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. + Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now. + Proven experience in designing and managing sales commission structures. + Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively. + Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and salary benchmarking. + Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion with confidential information. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. + Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations is a plus.   Compensation: Exempt, $95,000 - $120,000 per year Location: Preferably Irvine, California   Americor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
