Description
We are looking for a dedicated Compensation Analyst to join our team on a Contract-to-Ongoing basis in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and calculating performance-based bonuses for our workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems and enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment. This contract role offers a hybrid work schedule: Onsite for the first 60 days and then 3 days/week in the office in Lewisville, TX and 2 days/week work remote.
Compensation Analyst (contract position):
Responsibilities:
• Calculate monthly sales bonuses for approximately 200 technicians and general managers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze and validate bonus structures to align with business objectives and employee performance metrics.
• Collaborate with management to address discrepancies or questions regarding bonus calculations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance bonus programs and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations when managing compensation data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on compensation trends and analysis.
• Support the implementation of new tools or systems related to bonus calculations, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Maintain detailed records of bonus calculations and adjustments for audit purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address concerns and provide clarity on compensation matters.
Requirements
• Proven experience in calculating variable pay or performance-based bonuses.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex compensation scenarios.
• Self-motivated and confident in tackling tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with bonus or commission programs in a retail or related industry.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in numerical data.
• Ability to adapt to new tools or systems as required.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to compensation practices.
Strong MS Excel skills
