Compensation Analyst III
Conduct comprehensive salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the global market. Analyze and interpret salary data to make informed recommendations for salary structures. Develop and implement global compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate existing compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements. Conduct job evaluations to determine the relative value of different positions. Maintain job classification systems to ensure accurate compensation benchmarking. Stay updated on global compensation laws and regulations. Ensure that compensation practices comply with legal requirements in all relevant jurisdictions. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, and other departments to gather and analyze compensation-related data. Communicate compensation policies and changes to relevant stakeholders. Administer merit review processes globally.
