**Descriptif du poste**
Reporting to Regional Chief Talent Officer and Global C&B lead.
**Scope :** EMEA, 40+ markets; 22,000 employees.
**Main responsibilities :**
+ **Personnel costs management and Approvals** : Partnering closely with EMEA leadership, and local markets leadership and C&B leads, in designing/ reviewing/ approving all submissions (salary review cycles files, senior hires comp, senior exits, Bonus process and LTIP submissions, retention plans and special incentive). Managing workflow and approvals in close partnership with Groupe C&B team.
+ **Comp & Ben Excellence** : Rolling out Global and regional C&B policy, principles and tools across EMEA and within global/international Business units hosted in EMEA. Supporting local markets in their C&B activities. Making sure all our markets have fundamentals in place (salary bands, cycles, salary surveys, budget management etc) and that our local teams are properly educated in the way they activate all Comp & Ben investments in their markets.
+ **Supporting performance and efficiency** : Being a business partner to Regional leadership team in driving efficiency and performance across the region : sharing insights from regional HR dashboards to inform decisions, providing guidance in design of performance KPIs supporting regional incentive schemes. Ensuring comp data reported in HRIS are clean and usable for modelling. Ensuring our talent team and leaders are fully educated on processes and policies and properly leveraging existing sources of data to operate in the most efficient manner.
+ **Elevating best practices** , making sure all impactful initiatives in the region are shared and scaled when possible. Supporting a culture of performance and rigor as well as transparency when it comes to compensation practices, across the region.
**Qualifications**
**Profile :**
+ 10 years+ international experience in C&B activities in large, complex, fast moving environments.
+ Very strong and agile command of Excel, overall data modelling and HR systems reporting.
+ Strong partner to finance and HR senior leadership. Understanding of finance and HR management models to optimise plans and budgets.
+ Operational ability to build the right processes, structures and operating models to deliver global C&B policies and plans across the region.
+ Confident communicator, dynamic, ambitious and innovative. Able to engage with business and HR leaders, and educate them on global C&B projects.
+ Very comfortable working and presenting in English.
+ Role based in Paris, 3-4 days presence in the office per week.
