Compensation and Benefits Specialist
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist coordinates and executes the employee compensation and benefits programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Time sheet and payroll calculations
• Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records
• Develop and administer compensation programs, such as merit or incentive pay
• Evaluate job positions, determining job classifications and grading
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
• Develop, implement, administer and evaluate personnel and labor relations programs, including performance appraisal, affirmative action and employment equity programs
• Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints
• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, and mediate labor disputes and grievances
• Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends
• Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information

Job Requirements

Education
• BSc in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or other related fields. Having a MSc degree or MBA is a plus.
• Upper intermediate knowledge of English

Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to details
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
• Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Time management skill with a proven ability to meet deadlines
