Job Description:

Job Objectives

Handle Rewards operations in Japan such as payroll processing and related Compensation & Benefits operations

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure on time monthly payroll processing contribution for Japan entitiesPerform payroll quality check before final review by the Rewards Team Lead and to generate on time payroll related reports to Finance on a monthly basisCreation & update of new employees details in the HRIS system and uploading of relevant e-documentsSupport the Rewards Team Lead in reviewing the current operations processes (e.g. Payroll)Support payroll audit when required.Ensure on time annual Income Tax submission to the Financial Authority in JapanSupport on job evaluation and job grading exerciseSupport the Rewards Team Lead in conducting annual salary benchmark exercise/survey with external consultancy firmsSupport the Rewards Team Lead in conducting annual salary review / variable bonus calculation/ letter merging for Japan entitiesAny ad hoc tasks and projects when necessary

Secondary Responsibilities

Any ad hoc tasks and projects when necessaryAdhere to Airbus Ethics & Compliance policies and business conductAct in line with Airbus Values and behave with integrity

Personal and Interpersonal Skills

Meticulous and good with figuresSelf-driven team playerExcellent communication skills, written and verbalDynamic with strong interpersonal skillsLanguage skill: Native in Japanese, Business level in English

Professional Skills

Essential:

At least 3 years of working knowledge in Human Resource disciplines; previous experience in payroll operations is necessary.A good operational experience within fast pace and complex multinational environmentA good understanding of the Accounting legislations

Desirable:

Minimum Tertiary education and above in any discipline preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting.Prior experience with HR system will be preferred.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
