Compensation Associate
The Compensation Associate provides analysis, job description, and benchmarking support on requests of minimal complexity. This role assists with survey submission processes and project administration. We conduct groundbreaking research that advances treatment, we educate tomorrow's physician/researchers, and we work with amazing partners, including other Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals. + Provides compensation operations support including analysis, job description management, and benchmarking + Assists with job code tables and compensation system administration + Assists with survey submission processes. May be independently responsible for submissions of low to moderate complexity + Provides administration support for compensation projects + Performs other duties as needed + High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred + 1 year of Human Resources experience required; compensation analysis experience a plus **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:** + Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.) + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment + Ability to effectively prioritize tasks At Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, we work every day to create an innovative, caring, and inclusive environment where every patient, family, and staff member feels they belong.
