The Compensation Associate provides analysis, job description, and benchmarking support on requests of minimal complexity. This role assists with survey submission processes and project administration.

Responsibilities Provides compensation operations support including analysis, job description management, and benchmarkingAssists with job code tables and compensation system administrationAssists with survey submission processes. May be independently responsible for submissions of low to moderate complexityProvides administration support for compensation projectsPerforms other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred1 year of Human Resources experience required; compensation analysis experience a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
