Compensation Associate - Total Rewards Compensation Delivery

**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Associate within the Compensation Delivery team of our Total Rewards function within Human Resources. This position will support the execution of compensation programs and operations.
**In this role, you will (updated verbiage):**
+ Execute controls and standard operating procedures for which you are responsible for, with the ultimate objective of accurate and timely processing of compensation and jobs data.
+ Perform routine validations / secondary review of activities performed in Compensation Delivery (including review of data files) and retain evidence.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement.
+ Communicate results of service delivery to leadership and stakeholders.
+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
+ May perform tasks to develop reporting, using data from multiple sources (including Workday)
+ May provide customer service to employees, managers and key stakeholders for all inquiries.
**Required Qualifications (standard verbiage):**
6+ months of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications (updated verbiage):**
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; specifically, Excel
+ Experience with Workday
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
+ Familiarity with financial services industry
+ Human Resources/Compensation experience a plus

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$26.59 - $47.26
