Position Overview:The Global Compensation and Benefits Director will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs across our global IT Services organization. This role will ensure our compensation structures and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and experience in the IT services sector.Key Responsibilities:1.Strategy Development:oDevelop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.oAlign compensation and benefits programs with the organization’s goals and workforce needs.2.Market Analysis:oConduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.oStay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in compensation and benefits.3.Program Design and Administration:oDesign and administer compensation structures, including salary grades, bonus plans, and equity programs.oOversee the development and management of benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks.4.Global Compliance:oEnsure compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.oWork with regional HR teams to mitigate risks associated with compensation and benefits practices.5Stakeholder Collaboration:oCollaborate with regional HR leaders and business unit heads to understand workforce needs and align compensation and benefits strategies.oServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation and benefits issues.6.Performance Management:oIntegrate compensation and benefits strategies with performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.oDevelop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.7.Communication and Training:oDevelop communication strategies to ensure employees understand compensation and benefits offerings.oProvide training and support to regional HR teams and managers on compensation practices and benefits administration.8.Budget Management:oManage the global compensation and benefits budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational priorities.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred.•10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on the IT services sector.•Proven experience in global compensation strategy development and benefits program management.•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.•Knowledge of global compensation trends, labor laws, and benefits regulations.Key Competencies:•Strategic Thinking•Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills•Leadership and Team Management•Negotiation and Influencing Skills•Attention to Detail
