We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll processes, be an expert in Excel, and possess strong reporting and analysis capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
+ Conduct regular payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
+ Utilize Excel to perform complex data analysis and generate detailed reports.
+ Develop and maintain compensation and benefits databases and systems.
+ Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations.
+ Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
+ Implement and manage automation solutions using Power Apps to streamline HR processes.
+ Provide support and guidance to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
**Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst / HRIS or similar role (min of 3 years).
+ In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, team player, has strong sense of urgency
+ Experience with Power Apps and other automation tools, but not required.
+ Certification in Compensation and Benefits (CCP) or related certification is an advantage.
+ Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus but not required.
