Objectives of the Position         

 Understand business needs and provide best suited support on Compensation and Benefits for specific assigned Country in the APAC region.Support respective countries assigned in the region by engaging with the stakeholders, from HRBPs to country C&B teams in Compensation & Benefits matters including data analysis and providing operational support.Support in identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices in the C&B space to ensure smooth implementation and engagement of best practice for respective countries.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Responsible in preparation of data and analysis required to support any Compensation & Benefits initiatives such as performance management, salary budgeting and merit increment cycle, annual benefit renewal program and market benchmarking exercise for countries in APAC regionSupports in collating economic indicators, external market practices and data analysis patterns and translates into meaningful indicators for development of any C&B initiatives and proposals to maintain market competitivenessKey person for job family matching and data submission for all Compensation & Benefits relevant market surveys (for eg: Mercer Remuneration Survey) with the guidance of the ExpertResponsible for renewal and implementation of Compensation & Benefits program such as insurance, Flexible Benefits and Employee Assistance Program by managing, coordinating and following up with vendors, which includes market competitiveness analysis and requirement setting

Job Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications: Degree with HR focus as a bonus.With 4 years of related HR working experiences in strategic Compensation & Benefits and experience in operational C&B area as well.Experience in relevant country statutory preferredWorking knowledge around Rewards programs and system.Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location.
