As well as providing support and advising on Reward and benefits to employees and leaders. The Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits role is a critical part of this team in the Americas. This role interacts with PPC peers as well as employees at all levels throughout the business. It combines benefits strategy and benefits administration in a way that meaningfully contributes to the overall experience of the LEGO Group colleagues. **Do you have what it takes?** Remember to attach your CV in PDF format. + Proven experience in rewards and compensation within manufacturing + Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field) is a plus + Proven Project Management skills + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels. + Experience with HRIS systems, excel and data analytics tools. + Experience with US Payroll and Labor requirements. **Additional details on this position** + Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work.
