The Compensation Consultant’s primary function is to globally support all backend initiatives for the Total Rewards team. This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area which focuses on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation and benefits programs. **What You’ll Do:** + Completing annual compensation surveys for APAC and EMEA, + Handle large employee data sets of 30k+ Providing support on survey analysis results and job matches, + Market pricing jobs in BetterComp, + Performing regulatory audits (i.e. Minimum Wage, Exemption Threshold, FLSA reviews) and other internal data audits (i.e. Locations Salary Plan; Global Job Architecture job attributes), + Data modeling and other types of compensation analysis, + Mandatory Statistical reporting for Federal, State, and Local compensation requests, + Work directly with other compensation analysts to provide support as needed. **What You’ll Need:** + 5-8 years of relevant compensation experience and preferably in large multinational corporation. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
