Compensation Consultant
Description In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Compensation and Performance Management, collaborating with various HR and business departments. You'll be pivotal in developing and enhancing the company's compensation strategies, acting as an expert in job architecture, compensation analysis, job grade administration, and incentive plans. The role involves creating equitable and competitive compensation plans, keeping abreast of market trends, and aligning compensation with business strategies. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in fast-paced, growing environments, keen on continuous process improvement and analytics. Key responsibilities include advising on compensation philosophy, developing job architecture frameworks, conducting job evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing compensation trends for internal equity and market competitiveness. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Management preferred • At least 8 years of relevant experience, with experience in designing, implementing and administering job architecture preferred • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software; UKG experience a plus • Advanced skills in Compensation with excellent consulting and influencing abilities • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving, multitasking and shifting priorities • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible way and the ability to engage and exchange ideas • Knowledgeable in HR practices with ability to analyze, interpret and apply data to decision making • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment • Affiliation with HR networks and progress towards certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP preferred Requirements Compensation Analysis, Market Trends, Annual Incentive, Business Strategy, Proposal Evaluation, Creative Problem Solving, Communication Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
