Compensation Consulting Analyst

The Compensation Consulting Analyst will support the growth of both existing and new business in Career by managing and delivering Total Remuneration Surveys, collaborating closely with clients, operations, and regional teams. This role involves working with a diverse array of clients to assist them in developing and implementing employee reward programs, offering expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices. By leveraging global research and thorough analysis, compensation consultants provide clients with the guidance, knowledge, tools, and support necessary to ensure their reward programs align with their strategic objectives.

We will count on you to: 

Provide support in managing industry surveys related to marketing, data management, and survey delivery by working closely with the Regional Industry Survey team, Operations, and the Client Solutions Team (CST) survey operations.

Optimize the use of survey data through effective presentation of survey results and by training clients on the use of the online survey tool (WIN).

Establish rapport with existing and prospective clients by professionally addressing their inquiries to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.

Provide support in establishing networks and developing new business and markets by introducing other services and products to increase revenue. Upsell other Mercer workforce products (TRS/TRD/MBM, publications, mobility, etc.) and identify cross-LOB opportunities.

Provide support in rewards consulting engagements (e.g., salary structure design, benefits benchmarking, job evaluation, employee engagement surveys, focus group discussions, etc.).

Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target.

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track-record.

1-2 years experience in survey and data management  

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written 

Flexibility and learning agility to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
