Compensation Coordinator
The Compensation Coordinator enters and validates compensation information into applicable Payroll and/or HCM systems while also supporting department leaders to create compensation plans for Sales Representatives and Service Technicians. The Compensation Coordinator is responsible for sending all variable compensation plans for signatures via Adobe Sign and validating the signing process and completion. The role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of compensation information in all applicable systems and supporting the compensation team’s overall success.
The Compensation Coordinator reports to the Compensation Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Verify compensation information in payroll system (All Pay)Activate compensation plans in payroll system (All Pay)Send all compensation plans for signatures via Adobe Sign.Enter applicable information into Workday, All Pay and CDK for all compensation plans and bonuses.Monitor Workday and update tasks as necessary.Create Sales Representative and Technician compensation plans.Enter/update pay rates in CDK.Assist with correcting payroll errors.Track un-signed pay plans in Adobe Sign:Follow up with store to ensure signing process is completed.Complete various auditsSkills and Qualifications
