SummaryThe Global Compensation Director plays a strategic role in developing and managing compensation programs across all countries in which Simplot operates to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business objectives. Working closely with the business and the Total Rewards team this role involves overseeing various aspects of compensation ensuring compliance with appropriate laws across all jurisdictions. This position will also have oversight of the Global Mobility program and will lead design and strategy of mobility programs to ensure compliance with tax, immigration, and general employment laws.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Strategy & Delivery:
Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and market trends. Ensure competitive, equitable, and fair compensation practices. Design and manage incentive programs, including bonuses, and performance-based awards. Ensure incentive programs drive employee performance and support organizational goals. Conduct regular market analysis and salary surveys to determine competitive salary ranges. Develop and maintain a structured salary scale and compensation guidelines. Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of the compensation team for both fixed and variable pay needs.
