Sinch is looking for a Compensation Director. This role will be critical in driving strategy, design, and implementation of our global compensation programs as we continue to harmonize our talent practices across the company. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting journey in developing and transforming our talent strategy and our employee experiences. This role will be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with Sinch’s business objectives; including communication, change management and training Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans and other compensation programs In partnership with the team, lead integration efforts to continue to harmonize companywide compensation programs, aligning core processes and activities in reward tools, and leverage data and analytics to drive business value and impact Ensure local policies and practices are updated and compliant with legal and company policy requirements Responsible for keeping compensation processes and policies up to date Leverage external benchmarking and insights to drive competitive compensation programs; including managing external partnerships as required
