The Role
Provide expertise and input into global compensation strategy Design and deliver all Compensation processes, including annual cycle and mid-year Develop and implement the Segment/ Geo Compensation strategy and plan, partnering with the Talent Lead Advisor and Business Leaders Design, lead and implement global compensation programs, managing across multiple workstreams to oversee effective delivery Act as a total reward subject matter expert, keeping up to date with leading market practice to ensure best in class total reward programs are delivered Manage a small team of compensation professionals with a focus on developmentThe Requirements
Significant experience of managing compensation and/or rewards in a global businessGood knowledge of the market, trends, regulations and economic environmentExperience in managing global projects with the ability to build consensus across a wide range of stakeholdersExceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goalsStrong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverablesAbility to navigate, influence and operate in a complex, highly matrixed environmentExcellent analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information in a compelling wayDesirable · Degree, or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferredThe Application Process
