About the Role: We are seeking a data-driven and strategic-minded Compensation Manager. This role will report to the Director of HR Rewards, Systems, and Analytics and will play a critical part in developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation programs to ensure alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy, business goals, and market trends. The ideal candidate has excellent Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of compensation practices, market data, and compliance requirements.

Annual Salary Range: $96,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design competitive compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent.Conduct job evaluations, benchmark positions, and complete compensation surveys to analyze market competitiveness.Analyze compensation data, trends, and metrics to support decision-making and strategy development.Manage the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases and bonuses.Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and pay grades.Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job leveling.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA.Prepare compensation-related reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offers and support internal/external equity analysis.Assist with the development and implementation of compensation tools, systems, and policies. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CCP certification a plus.4–6+ years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards.Strong knowledge of compensation best practices, job architecture, and regulatory compliance.Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient with HRIS/compensation systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project management, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
