Our client is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee the daily administration, analysis of compensation data, and interpretation of policies and practices.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of compensation professionalsProvide leadership on compensation mattersManage the annual compensation review processAnalyze compensation data and trendsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with legislation and company policies
Qualifications:
5-10 years of compensation or related experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldStrong communication skillsCCP designation is an asset.
