Visa is looking for a Compensation Manager to ensure we attract, reward and retain top talent globally.
You will work closely with our People Business Partner to support the Product and Value Added Services (VAS) teams to educate the organization on Compensation at Visa, and establish yourself as a subject matter expert. In this role, you will roll up your sleeves and work hands-on while simultaneously providing strategic direction in program management and design within a highly innovative and growth-oriented organization. You will work cross-functionally and partner closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations and various levels of management at the company.
Essential Functions
You will partner with COEs such as People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and other Global People teams on a variety of compensation-related projects.You will develop external and internal candidate compensation offers - partnering effectively with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners and business leadership to attract the appropriate talent for the assigned Client Groups.You will support the annual compensation process – from education to design, to problem-solving, testing, communication and implementation. You will partner with global Compensation Programs, Systems and MD&I to ensure seamless end to end compensation deliverables.You will participate in the benchmarking of pay ranges, ensuring competitiveness in the various operating markets.You will educate People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation philosophy, data and Visa’s practices.You will identify relevant information from current processes, gather to analyze trends, prepare data for actionable review.You will develop support/tools that can make the most impact, e.g., on-demand education materials, templates for ad hoc compensation decisions, dialogue support for crucial compensation decisions.You will work on complex issues and assignments that require conceptual thinking, originality and ingenuity of approaches, and a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts to achieve desired results.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,600.00 to 180,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
