What you'll do:
Lead and support year-round compensation process operations from recommendation planning through reporting for off-cycle and year-end compensation processes, meeting established Service Level Agreements.
Liaison with Global compensation to resolve any data discrepancies and/or data feed issues impacting compensation processes.
Provide data quality analysis to ensure compensation data is accurate and timely partner with the businesses to facilitate compensation process.
Partner with the technical development team with responsibility for support activities.
Propose and implement process improvements to achieve efficiencies and/or mitigate risk.
Perform an independent analysis of data involving complex database structure, reconciliations and data analytics, as well as use other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
What we'll need from you:
At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferred.
Experience in supporting HR systems or services for demanding clients
Strong analytical skill set and affinity for metrics and data.
SQL experience would be a plus
Intermediate to advanced user skill set in MS Excel and Access
Previous experience with systems or affinity for technology is a plus
Background in Compensation/Payroll as well as knowledge of Workday system would be a great asset.
Ability to build and cultivate positive client relationships in complex organizations as well as work concurrently on multiple priorities.
Can collaborate effectively with team and cross-functional team members. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Must have initiative and ability to thrive in an environment that requires a great deal of flexibility with multiple and changing priorities
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing client needs
Attention to detail; strong organizational and time management skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree; Finance, Human Resource preferred.
