Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **Compensation Specialist** based at our **Greenville, NC** location.
What you will do:
+ Administer compensation programs, including tracking and calculating incentive payments and maintainingaccurate records of targets and payments.
+ Monitor travel for tax withholding compliance and provide updates to ensure adherence to regulations.
+ Support global compensation committee processes by maintaining files, tracking actions, and updating agendas and calendars.
+ Evaluate jobs to ensure accurate classification, consistency in approvals, and streamlined processes for record-keeping.
+ Conduct research and analyze compensation and benefit data to support salary studies, market analyses, and proposals.
+ Assist in special projects such as acquisition support and addressing compensation trends or concerns through thorough analysis and resolution.
+ Prepare reports and documentation to communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations.

What you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and/or administering compensation programs.
+ 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with formulas and data analysis.
+ General understanding of finance concepts and the ability to interpret and apply data effectively.
+ Familiarity with job evaluation processes and HR policies and practices.
+ Project management experience, with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
