JOB TITLE: Competence & Training Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to HSE Life Saving Rules. ‘Live’ our Petrofac Values and behaviours and apply them in day-to-day work.  Super User/Admin of SkillsVX (SVX) Competence & Training  System, be the Subject Matter Expert and focal point for all maintenance, development, implementation and improvements of SVX Competence & Training System. Focal point for customers and contracts providing user access and support for SVX and competence & Training compliance. Provide support for Advisors, Contract Support, Assessors, Verifiers and Management with day-to-day activities and improvements. Identify areas of improvement within systems and documentation used work with relevant people/functions to implement improvements. Support marketing and communication materials/documentation including applications for tenders and additional Awarding Organisations (AO’s). Coordinate and track audit actions, project requests, BMS documents, applications (tenders and AO’s) and all other processes and documentation. Carry out activities to ensure the processes are followed and fit for purpose Carry out activities to ensure the processes and system are Consistent, Clean and Compliant Be autonomous and take ownership of own role and strive to make improvements on processes to improve efficiency Take accountability for own actions in line with department processes and procedures. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Proficient use of Microsoft applications Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry (or other highly regulated/safety focused industry) Proficient use of SkillsVX preferred or another similar online Competence/Training system A Business Administration based qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role  Ability to work on own initiative A proactive attitude and aptitude for taking on tasks Ability to work as part of a team and recognise support required by others Ability to organise and prioritise workload Ability to understand and work within new systems quickly Continuous improvement mind set and application Ownership of own development and desire to progress within own role and department Experience within a fast-paced environment Experience of working in a matrix environment Experience of working in a safety and quality focused environment Experience of working across functions and with all levels within the organisation Experience of taking accountability for tasks and completion of projects
