Delivery Centre STH's operations are based on teamwork and a skilled workforce to ensure that customer needs are met. We are now looking for a Competence Coordinator to join our team!
Testing & Validation (T&V) in Delivery Centre STH is leading the competence development and internal & partner workforce capacity in DC STH. Our goal is to ensure that we have the right amount of skilled and motivated people in the right place at the right time. We foster safety, well-being at work and the possibility to deepen and wider team-level competence, as well as personal competence. 

 

Position information:


The location for this permanent position is in Vaasa, Finland. Other locations will not be considered. 

 

Description:


Competence Coordinator is focusing on competence management and development in Delivery Centre STH, Testing & Validation. This role has a true impact on the success of Delivery Centre STH, and finally on the well-being and development of our manufacturing society. Competence Coordinator supports the assembly Team Leads with daily operative people management tasks when applicable. 

In this position, you will report to the Operative Manager.

 

Responsibilities:


The main task is to act as a competence management specialist supporting Testing & Validation.

 

Responsible for the development and implementation of competence and learning management processes, including TVR class and other metrics/assessments Responsible for developing methods to measure learning quality, impact and return on investment Follow-up of mandatory training validity and completion Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information Supporting coordinators and T&V managers with daily operative people management tasks when applicable Working in close cooperation with HR functions and WLSA

 

Requirements:

 

Knowledge of competence management and development Experience working under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads Committed to deliver to agreed timelines Ability to successfully work in a team environment as well as individually Development mindset and capacity for conceptual thinking Good Finnish and English written and verbal communication skills
