Competency Center Analyst

Identify the initial services, cost model and create the corresponding governance processes related to the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform and the Enterprise Data Management toolset.  Also, be the Competency Center point of contact. 

 

 

Complete Description:

•A four year bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary.  Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementation and customization of master data management and service oriented architecture tools is desired.

 

•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cost model development.

 

•Experience in defining and developing governance policies, standards and guidelines

 

•Excellent customer service skills, communicating at all levels from senior leadership and executives through junior staff (and in between).

 

•Ability to easily navigate across client and internal organizations to influence and drive resources not within immediate control while maintaining a good working relationship.

 

•Exercise independent judgment and decision making as it supports implementation, development of Enterprise Solutions and Services.

 

•Proven leadership skill working with service or project delivery teams, staff, partners, and customers.

 

•Independently able to manage the priorities of multiple customers, while assessing and minimizing delivery risk.

 

•Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills and the ability to develop and present complex material effectively to a wide variety of audiences.

 

•Experience defining technical requirements and communicating with technical employees
