Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive commercial growth and achieve revenue targets.Identify and analyze new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnerships.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align commercial growth strategies.Improve processes to strengthen market position.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop innovative growth initiatives.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.Manage the commercial growth budget.

Requirements:

Experience in driving growth and achieving revenue targets.Strong understanding of commercial strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to realize multi-disciplinary outputs.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Strong project management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in commercial development, sales management, or similar roles.
