Professional Sports Mako Soccer Club is looking for competitive coaches for age groups U9-19. The mission, vision, and philosophy of our club is to create and execute a learning environment in which each player can achieve their fullest potential, individually and collectively.

We use benchmarks for each age group to set the goals to be achieved and standards of excellence to play the beautiful game. We want to promote within our soccer culture; creative thinking, competition to achieve, discipline and hard work and passion for the game. It is our vision to lead our players to be leaders themselves in their future endeavors.

Requirements:

1. Must be passionate about player development

2. Previous coaching experience

3. Currently have or be willing to obtain coaching education licenses, minimum requirement: US Soccer grassroots, preferably USSF D license or above

4. Ability to run two training sessions a week following Mako’s player development curriculum guide.

5. Matchday coaching and organization

6. Player feedback and evaluation

7. Tryout evaluation and organization

8. Must have a US work visa, green card or US Citizenship

All head coaches are compensated on a ten-month contract beginning in August and ending in May.

League pathways for Mako Soccer Club Include both US Club and FYSA:

SEFPL (Southeast Florida Premier League)

FGAL (Florida Girls Academy League) and FAL (Florida Academy League)

EDP (Elite Development Program) and TFL (The Florida League)

NPL (National Premier League)

FSPL (Florida State Premier League)
