Job Description

Complaint Handling Investigator – Sleep and Respiratory Care

The Complaint Handling Investigator will process complaints throughout each stage of the complaint life cycle, from initiation to closure. The Complaint Handling Investigator will resolve complaints, determine additional actions needed (such as CAPA), trend issues, and provide feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on product improvements, potential defects, and safety evaluations.

This role is an Individual Contributor and will be reporting directly to the Complaints Handling Operations Manager based in the US. (This role will be following regular PH working hours.)

You are responsible for:

Evaluates, investigates, and processes complaints. Completes initial assessment of reportability and escalates to manager to determine action, when necessary.Analyzes complaint data, gathers additional data as needed, and partners cross functionally to share feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects, and safety evaluationsAssists in complaint trending to help identify emerging issues and action existing onesCommunicates with customers and cross functional teams as needed to evaluate and process complaintsAssesses if risk assessment covers the hazard in each assigned complaint

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree either in Pharmacy, Radiology Technology, Health and Safety, Medical Technology, and/or Biomedical Engineering1-2 years working experience in Clinical Settings, Regulatory Affairs, Health and Safety or Engineering rolesBasic understanding of CAPA, as well as global medical device or pharmaceutical regulations, requirements, and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, ISO14971, and ISO9001 is advantageousExcellent Communication Skills both in word and writingStrong Business understanding and ability to work independently and under pressureStrong Stakeholder Management and Great Team PlayerAdvance knowledge in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
