We are seeking a dedicated Complaint Investigator who will be instrumental in supporting both customers and colleagues by resolving customer complaints and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage Complex and sensitive complaints arising from customers within Canada SegmentFollow procedural requirements for acknowledgement and resolution of complaintsMeet KPI for Acknowledgement, Resolution and overall Quality (may vary dependent on BU Supported)Identify and Manage RiskEnsure data reporting is metPrepare and send Customer Facing CorrespondenceCollaborate and partner with stakeholders across Canada SegmentFoster culture of support and teamworkRequired Qualifications:
Experience within Group Benefits, Individual Insurance, Affinity Markets, Manulife Bank and/or Group Disability is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven experience managing and mitigating riskAbility to multitask and manage a portfolio of tasksHighly organized and responsiveHighly Engaged, Team PlayerPreferred Qualifications:
